Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Learning Consultant to elevate property operations through training programs spanning LMS, CRM, PowerBI, and frontline coaching. The role delivers in-person and virtual sessions, develops materials, and partners with stakeholders on acquisitions and new openings to ensure teams are equipped to meet performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, HR, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–4 years in-person and virtual training or instructional design in multifamily real estate or hospitality.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.
• Experience with LMS systems and CMS like OnePage or similar CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead training delivery across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Maintain training records, action plans, and progress tracking.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with onboarding training.
• Develop and update training materials with Instructional Designer.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders and property teams to align training with goals.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding for new Property Managers and track completion.
• Travel up to 50% to support on-site training.
