Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Learning Consultant to elevate property operations through targeted training programs. You will deliver sessions in-person, virtually, and self-paced, using LMS and KPIs to drive performance across our portfolio.

You will partner with regional leaders and property managers on onboarding, acquisitions, and ongoing coaching, while maintaining training records and materials.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Training, HR, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Relative work experience of 5–7 years could offset the minimum educational requirements.
• 3–4 years of in-person and virtual training or instructional design in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• 3–4 years of background in multifamily property management, leasing, or operations.
• 1–2 years coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.
• 1–2 years developing training materials and standardizing learning processes.
• 1–2 years experience with LMS, OnePage or similar CMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Oversee all aspects of training administration including scheduling, registration, and facilities prep.
• Manage LMS enrollments, track participation, and maintain training records.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with training plans and onboarding.
• Collaborate to create, refine, and update training materials with instructional designers.
• Lead onboarding training for new Property Managers and track progress.
