Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Learning Consultant to advance property operations by designing and delivering impactful training programs across multiple formats. You will work with stakeholders to refine materials, support new acquisitions and openings, and provide ongoing coaching to employees.

The role requires deep knowledge of property management systems, sales strategies, and KPI usage to drive performance. Travel up to 50% is expected, with strong collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of training or instructional design experience in multifamily real estate.
• Experience with in-person and virtual training delivery.
• Background in multifamily property management, leasing, or operations.
• Experience coaching managers and sales to improve performance.
• Experience with LMS or CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging trainings across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Manage training administration: scheduling, registration, facilities, and logistics.
• Support LMS administration and training records, reporting, and compliance.
• Assist acquisitions and property openings with onboarding and training programs.
• Develop and update training materials with stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Track KPIs and report training impact to leadership.
