Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations by designing and delivering training across multiple formats. You will work with stakeholders to refine materials, support acquisitions, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure staff have the knowledge and tools for success.

The role requires expertise in property management systems, sales strategies, and KPI-driven performance coaching, with travel up to 50% to support new openings and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or higher in Training, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years in in-person and virtual training or instructional design in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.
• Experience with LMS or content management systems (OnePage or similar).
• Strong collaboration with regional leaders and property teams to align training with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs in-person, virtually, and self-paced formats.
• Oversee training administration: scheduling, registrations, and facilities prep.
• Support LMS administration: enrollments, records, and reporting.
• Assist in acquisitions and new property openings with onboarding programs.
• Develop and update training materials with stakeholders and an instructional designer.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding for new Property Managers and provide ongoing coaching.
• Track training completion and identify gaps for post-onboarding improvement.
