Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property manager to run day-to-day operations of a garden-style community, lead a property team, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will monitor budgets, rent collection, and vendor contracts while coordinating maintenance and leasing activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and adherence to Greystar policies, with a focus on occupancy growth and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the property and oversees staff performance.
• Assists in budget development and monitors financial statements and reports.
• Enforces lease terms, processes applications, renewals, and evictions as needed.
• Oversees maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Coordinates with owners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service quality.
