Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a single-family community, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive leasing and resident satisfaction at a 270-unit property.

You’ll analyze market data, set rent strategies, and coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and reporting while ensuring compliance and a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage daily ops and team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a property and supervise staff to meet budgeted goals.
• Analyze financial statements and market information to inform budgeting and leasing strategies.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure maintenance and vendor management aligns with standards and budgets.
• Lead and train staff, manage owner relationships, and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable housing laws and company policies.
