Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for an apartment community, driving occupancy, revenue, and service quality. You will manage budgets, process Applications, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with owners, and delivering exceptional resident experiences while maintaining property standards and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents and posting fees, and reviewing monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage payments, insurance certificates, and communications with vendors and owners.
