Job summary

Greystar manages a large apartment community and seeks a hands-on Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations, budget execution, and team performance. You will ensure compliance with housing laws and deliver strong financial and resident outcomes.

The role requires coordinating leasing, maintenance, and vendor activities while maintaining high service standards and owner communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience including sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets; analyze financial statements and marketing data to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees; approve invoices and manage vendor payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Drive marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends to maximize occupancy.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and resolving issues.
• Supervise on-site staff and maintenance teams; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Interface with owners/clients, provide property performance updates, and respond to requests as needed.
• Complete accounting, financial, administrative reports and other duties as assigned.
