Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to lead or collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial plans.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and payments.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Lead property staff and coordinate with owners and managers.
