Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a rental property, lead a onsite team, and ensure financial and occupancy targets are met. You will supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and enforce leases while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes budgeting, marketing, and guest relations to achieve top-tier resident satisfaction and property performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background managing apartment communities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Assists in audits and onboarding during due diligence and takeover.
• Provides coaching and training to onsite team members.
• Assists in budget development and analyzes financial reports and marketing data.
• Ensures timely rent collection, deposits, and monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices, manages insurance certificates, and codes charges.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applicant screening, renewals, and notices.
• Monitors market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and responds to complaints and service requests.
• Supports online presence and reputation management and maintains property websites.
