Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a multi-family community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, leasing, and supervising staff, with a focus on resident satisfaction and property standards. The role requires strong leadership and financial acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets and financial statements for the property.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, notices, and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance and respond to resident service requests.
• Lead staff, hire, train, and manage performance; liaison with owners.
