Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to handle all aspects of property operations under the Regional Property Manager, including administration, maintenance, leases, budgets, and staff supervision. The role requires coordinating leasing, rent collection, and financial records while ensuring a clean, well-maintained community and timely responses to resident concerns.

Travel is occasionally required and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred.
• 2 year associate degree acceptable.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Perform evaluations and recommend salary increases.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to policies.
• Assist in leasing apartments and sign leases.
• Collect rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records for the property.
• Supervise outside contractors and move-in/out details.
• Ensure a clean, well-maintained community and budget adherence.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Handle resident complaints and coordinate communications.
