Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. The role covers administration, maintenance, staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations to keep the property in good physical and fiscal condition.

You will supervise staff, hire/terminate per policy, prepare leases, collect rents, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely responses to resident requests.

Qualifications

• One or more of the following: 4 year Degree (preferred), 2 year Associates Degree, 7 years general, Full Time business experience, 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff.
• Hire and terminate employees per company policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms.
• Assist in leasing apartments and collecting rents.
• Maintain financial records and budgeting for the property.
• Oversee maintenance and outside contractors.
• Manage move-ins/move-outs and inspections.
• Ensure residents have a clean, well maintained community.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Provide regular communication with employees, residents and vendors.
