Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all facets of property operations, staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations. The role requires coordinating maintenance, leasing, and financial reporting while ensuring a well-maintained community and timely responses to resident needs.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree (preferred), 2-year degree, and substantive property management experience, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred)
• 2 year Associates Degree
• 7 years general, full-time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Train and be responsible for work performed by all staff members under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Perform written evaluations of employees and salary increases/advancement.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and adhere to payroll policies and cutoff dates.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases and related forms.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions and adhere to accounting policies.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and purchase office supplies.
• Supervise outside contractors and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure a clean, well maintained community and manage budget variations.
• Resolve resident complaints and report incidents to the Regional Property Manager.
• Marketing the apartment community and assist in annual operating budget preparation.
• Travel is required and expected.

4 year Degree (preferred)
