Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. You will lead staff, handle leasing, rent collections, and financial recordkeeping to ensure a well-maintained, fiscally stable community.

Responsibilities include budgeting, payroll, vendor supervision, move-ins/outs, and ongoing resident relations. Travel is required to manage properties effectively and meet company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for property management leadership.
• Associates degree accepted with strong experience.
• Certifications such as ARM/CAM/RAM/HCCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per company policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms; collect rents and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Oversee maintenance, budgets, and vendor management.
• Conduct property marketing and annual operating budget.
• Travel as required to manage multiple properties.
