Job summary

Drucker + Falk seeks a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations to keep the property in excellent condition and financially sound.

The role requires coordinating with regional leadership, managing leases, collecting rents, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Associate degree acceptable with experience.
• Certificates such as ARM/CAM/RAM/HCCP preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Perform salary evaluations and oversee payroll records.
• Maintain financial records and budgeting for the property.
• Oversee leasing, move-ins/outs, and resident communications.
• Supervise staff and outside contractors; ensure maintenance quality.
• Assist in marketing the apartment community and budgets.
