Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations including administration, maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and staff supervision. The role emphasizes maintaining a high-quality, well-managed community while ensuring fiscal discipline.

The position requires coordinating with the Regional Property Manager, supervising staff, processing leases, and handling resident relations, payments, and vendor contracts. Travel to properties is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred).
• 2 year Associates Degree.
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Prepare process and sign all leases and related forms.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain accurate payroll records as required by the company, and adhere to payroll policies and cutoff dates.
• Travel is required. Reasonable or limited use of your vehicle is required from time to time.
• Perform all aspects of marketing the apartment community.
• Work within the budget and notify the Regional Property Manager of any possible variations.
• Resolve resident issues and maintain a clean, well-maintained community.
