Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to administer and maintain all aspects of community operations under supervision. You will handle personnel functions, maintenance coordination, market monitoring, budgeting support, advertising, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include rent processing, deposits, office admin, and maintaining community records, while ensuring HUD and Fair Housing compliance. A strong handler of property management and accounting software is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or related coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset takeover activities, vendor notifications, inspections, reporting, and compliance.
• Support recruitment, training, supervision, payroll, and staff performance management.
• Assist marketing, leasing, application review, renewals, and resident retention efforts.
• Monitor maintenance activities, inspections, contractor coordination, and service requests.
• Review rent rolls, invoices, AR, collections, security deposits, and budget support.
• Maintain lease files and Section 8 documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant regulations.
