Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset takeover activities, inspections, reporting, and compliance.
• Support recruitment, training, payroll, and staff performance management.
• Assist marketing, leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts.
• Monitor maintenance, contractor coordination, and service follow-up.
• Review rent rolls, invoices, accounts receivable, and budget support.
• Maintain lease files and Section 8 documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant regulations.
