Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is hiring a Property Manager in Washington to oversee daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction. You will manage leases, rent collection and financials, lead a team, and implement the marketing plan to attract residents.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, plus related leadership and communication skills. A real estate license is preferred; strong MS Office and CRM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two to three years of experience in property management are required.
• One to two years of direct management experience are required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Salesforce.com experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee leases, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaison with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and manage risk initiatives.
• Maintain professional/technical knowledge via workshops/publications.
