Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Oversee contractor relations, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and development of associates.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Communicate with residents and corporate office regarding leases and rules.
