Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities recommended.
• Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and lease administration.
• Ensure resident satisfaction, retention, and vendor management.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Execute marketing plans to attract residents and manage occupancy.
• Comply with property management guidelines and safety rules.
• Prepare monthly reporting and track property P&L.
