Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, including lease administration, rent collection, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting to ensure a positive resident and client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing in line with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and development opportunities.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate on maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans
• Manage safety records, loss claims and risk management initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
