Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager in Seattle, WA. You will oversee daily operations, handle lease administration, and drive resident satisfaction while leading a team and coordinating with the corporate office.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational and customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce and Yardi Voyager are a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and communicate a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident issues and act as liaison to residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
