Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident experience at a Camas, WA property. You will manage staff, marketing plans, and client expectations while ensuring compliance with property agreements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. A real estate license is preferred in some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years in property management required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and coaching of staff.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and rules.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Coordinate site emergency evacuation plans and safety records.
