Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, rent collection, and property marketing. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with client expectations.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, implement the marketing plan, and coordinate with the corporate office on tenancy requirements. A real estate license and knowledge of Salesforce/Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and development opportunities.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
