Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of the property, including lease administration, rent collection, and marketing in line with company standards.

The role emphasizes delivering a positive resident experience, leading a team, and ensuring client satisfaction. Applicants should have 2–3 years of property management experience and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver a shared vision and best performance.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines established within the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office regarding maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional/technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans and safety protocols.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
