Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee property operations, lease administration, maintenance, and monthly reporting. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience to residents, associates, and clients while ensuring financial performance and compliance with the management agreement.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction and retention, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruiting, interviewing, feedback, and hiring.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Attend workshops and build professional networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
