Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations and the resident experience at our Marysville properties. You will manage vendor contracts, maintenance, lease administration, and monthly reporting to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.

We require 2–3 years in property management, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities. Real estate license is preferred; Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Handle property P&L and marketing in line with standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract/retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and manage risk initiatives.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
