As we expand in Oregon, we are seeking a Counselor Supervisor to lead, develop, and support a team of clinicians while helping drive strong clinical outcomes and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid leadership role based in the Portland metro area. The Counselor Supervisor will oversee a team of counselors and therapists, ensuring high‑quality care delivery, strong clinical performance, and alignment with Affect’s treatment model.
This role blends clinical supervision, team leadership, performance management, and program development—ideal for someone who enjoys building, coaching, and improving systems while staying connected to clinical work.
