Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident experience at our property in the region. You will manage contracts, vendor relations, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager. A real estate license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, rent collection and marketing.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, coaching and development.
• Ensure lease administration and monthly reporting.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with the corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and manage risk initiatives.
• Organize site operations and oversee contracts and performance.
