Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in the United States to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident services. You will manage contracts, maintenance, reporting, and client satisfaction, while leading a team to uphold company standards.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. A related license and experience in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office regarding CAM and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned
