Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager in Camas, WA to oversee daily property operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage leases and reporting.

Responsibilities include meeting client expectations, recruiting staff, executing marketing plans, and maintaining compliance with property guidelines. Requires strong organization, customer service, and English proficiency; real estate license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, rent collection and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate with corporate on issues.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
