Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident experiences across its properties. You will drive performance, supervise staff, and ensure financial and client objectives are met with strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of property management experience, a focus on compliance, and the ability to lead a team while communicating a shared vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, and performance feedback.
• Coach and develop associates to meet shared goals.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate safety, risk management, and emergency plans.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
• Additional duties as assigned.
