Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations, including staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, and vendor management. The role requires ensuring a well-maintained, fiscally healthy property while delivering strong resident service.

You will train staff, manage compensation, maintain payroll records, and oversee marketing, move-ins, and move-outs. Travel is required to support property operations and regional coordination.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred for management track.
• 3 years experience in Property Management required or preferred.
• 7 years general full-time business experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms and assist in leasing apartments.
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency management.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and accounting policies.
• Supervise outside contractors and ensure property maintenance.
• Handle move-ins/outs and conduct apartment inspections.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Market the apartment community and coordinate with vendors.
