Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of a property's operation under the direction of the Regional Property Manager. The role includes staffing, leasing, payroll, budgeting, and ensuring residents live in a clean, well-maintained community.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, hiring/firing per policy, signing leases, rent collection, and maintaining financial records. Travel is required and the incumbent will coordinate with contractors and residents.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred).
• 2 year Associates Degree.
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Prepare and sign leases and related forms.
• Assist in leasing apartments.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records and accounting compliance.
• Oversee maintenance and vendors for the property.
• Manage move-ins/outs and apartment inspections.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Travel as required.
