Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred; 3 years PM experience strongly desired.
• 2-year associate degree accepted as alternative.
• 7 years general full-time business experience.
• 3 years property management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all staff.
• Hire and terminate staff per policy.
• Prepare leases, collect rents, and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain financial records and budgets.
• Oversee maintenance and contractor work.
• Assist in marketing the property and annual budget prep.
• Travel as required.
