Drucker + Falk LLC seeks a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include staff supervision, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred).
• 2 year Associate Degree.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per company policy.
• Perform salary evaluations and potential advancement recommendations.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll cutoffs.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases and related forms.
• Collect rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records and adherence to accounting policies.
• Supervise outside contractors and oversee property maintenance.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Communicate with employees, residents, applicants and vendors.
