Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across our properties, handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, participation in make-ready processes, pool maintenance, and adherence to EPA/OSHA standards while maintaining tidy records and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and daily upkeep of exterior areas and grounds.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs per safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
