Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance processes of our properties, handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. This role includes make-ready work to meet operational objectives and quality standards.

You will contribute to daily site upkeep, safety practices, and responsive resident services, while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager on priorities and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and routine repairs.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas daily.
• Keep safety records and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergency support as needed.
