Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, and emergency tasks under supervision, handling make-ready processes and daily upkeep of exteriors and common areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA rules. On-call duties and responsibilities include safe, timely repairs and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
