Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our community property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

This on-site role includes keeping common areas and units in good repair, assisting with make-ready, pool care with logs, safety compliance, on-call emergencies, and daily storefront/grounds maintenance while upholding company policies and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
• Assist with the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of office, common areas, and model unit

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
