Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance of our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready processes, respond to work orders, perform pool maintenance with proper chemical logs, inspect grounds for safety hazards, and maintain the preventative maintenance program to extend property life while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate onsite software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Be on-call for property emergencies.
