Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance processes across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks to align with property goals.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety checks, and daily upkeep of common areas. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; valid transportation is preferred for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist with on-call emergency at the property.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests and maintenance activities.
