Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

You will support make-readies, repairs, and daily maintenance tasks to ensure property standards are met and residents receive prompt service. A strong focus on safety and compliance with OSHA and fair housing rules is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and maintenance needs.
• Assist with make-ready processes and scheduling of maintenance/repair events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and upkeep of inventory and records.
