Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under supervision. The role includes make-ready support and adherence to operating objectives.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, logs, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge are expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and log chemical data.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Support safety programs and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Support on-call emergency coverage at the property.
• Ensure clean, organized maintenance shop and proper records.
