Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles, CA. You will assist in a range of maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative and cosmetic work, and support make-ready processes under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, timely service, and responsive resident care. Responsibilities include daily community upkeep, pool maintenance, record-keeping, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Assist in the scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
