Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks across our properties. You will respond to resident requests, perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations.

Responsibilities include completing tasks safely, maintaining logs, and participating in on-call emergencies to ensure property readiness and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to work orders promptly for common areas and units.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program and logs.
• Support on-call emergency response.
• Maintain safety standards and document in logs.
