Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's maintenance program, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under supervision, you will assist with make-ready processes and ensure safety and quality across common areas and units.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain records, and help manage inventory while upholding OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing laws. Regular on-site attendance and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks for common areas and units.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily work.
• Assist with inventory, records, and on-call emergencies.
