Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, handling make-ready tasks and daily site upkeep.

The role requires timely responses to resident requests and adherence to safety protocols. Essential duties include pool and grounds upkeep, safety inspections, inventory management, and accurate record-keeping of service requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform make-ready processes per property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
